After insistingly calling the harbour master on channel 16 and 11 we decided to call the marina on the radio and request assistance contacting the harbour master for permission to enter the port for formalities. Following the Marina advise we proceeded to the customs dock and worked hard to dock The Dream in a commercial dock not suitable for us.
2 hours taking care of formalities back and forward and we left to our first anchorage.
